We drove through beautiful countryside. We admired the characteristic half-timber homes in the villages. George was fascinated by the array of fresh seafood displayed at the fishmarket in Trouville. Sipping our coffees at a sidewalk cafe watching people walk by. A highlight was meeting Dan Bouchery - she spoke mostly French and we spoke only English - a very animated converstation was had and a new friend was made.
